Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary wealth planning expert for high-net-worth clients and prospects, specializing in business owners and closely held entities navigating ownership transitions • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors, Commercial Relationship Managers, Investment Banking partners, and One Bank partners • Acquire and retain key client relationships through comprehensive wealth strategies • Assess business transition readiness and identify risks and opportunities • Develop customized transition strategies spanning pre- and post-transaction phases • Align business transition plans with estate planning, tax optimization, liquidity planning, and legacy goals • Lead integrated wealth plans across estate, tax, investment, risk, insurance, and cash flow planning • Research planning opportunities and model financial and tax implications of sale, transfer, or recapitalization scenarios • Coordinate preparation and review of transition plans, financial models, and presentations • Present recommendations and coordinate execution with internal and external advisors • Lead coordinated delivery across Wealth Management, Commercial, and Investment Banking • Educate internal partners and clients through presentations, materials, and external engagement • Coach and mentor Analysts and Strategists • Operate within the Bank’s risk framework and ensure policy and procedure adherence • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of experience in wealth planning, business advisory, investment banking, legal, accounting, or related professional services supporting business owners • Advanced knowledge of estate, tax, investment, and business transition planning concepts • Strong consultative approach with excellent communication and presentation capabilities • Ability to advise on complex transition scenarios including sale, succession, and liquidity events • Ability to collaborate and influence across a matrixed, team-based environment • Strong problem-solving and financial modeling capabilities • Ability to connect business transition outcomes with long-term wealth and legacy planning • Demonstrated ability to contribute to pipeline development and growth initiatives • Ability to engage effectively with business owners, advisors, and senior partners • Understanding of trends, market dynamics, and practices related to business transitions • JD, CPA, CFP®, or equivalent credentials preferred
