Beschreibung

• Design, build, and continuously deploy features across React/TypeScript front ends, .NET service and API layers, and data pipelines • Build partner-facing experiences in Grace for referral management, community profiles, and reporting • Use AI coding agents in daily workflow, including scoping work, reviewing output, and building reliable agentic-development context and tooling • Apply LLMs to provider-record extraction, classification, matching, summarization, and workflow automation with evaluation harnesses and guardrails • Collaborate with leads on cloud-native, service-oriented components and APIs • Champion linting, unit, integration, end-to-end testing, and pipeline automation for continuous deployment • Peer review code, suggest optimizations, and create reference implementations • Define engineering best practices for AI-tool adoption and governance and provide technical mentorship • Investigate and resolve production issues across UI, service, and data layers and prevent recurrence • Partner with product and project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and maintain technical documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with depth across the full stack • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, component architecture, state management, testing, and design systems • Strong proficiency building and operating back-end services and APIs in a modern server-side language • Solid relational data modeling and SQL • Working proficiency in Python for data ingestion, transformation, and automation • Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, such as Claude Code, MCP integrations, and AI-assisted code review • Experience building LLM-backed features, including prompt design, retrieval and context strategy, structured output, cost and latency management, and systematic quality evaluation • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and related modern engineering practices • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Problem-solving skills in debugging, analysis, and instrumentation • Ownership of solution quality and technical documentation • Preferred: B2B or partner-facing SaaS, web scraping/crawling, entity resolution, healthcare or regulated-data domains, and internal developer tooling or MCP servers
