Beschreibung

• Design, build, and operate agentic AI infrastructure using AWS Bedrock and MCP servers • Write agent code, define tool interfaces, build evaluation harnesses, and ship production AI workflows • Own the AI agent lifecycle from prompt engineering and tool-use design through guardrails, evaluation, cost optimization, observability, and rollback strategies • Make system design and technical decisions for migration waves across identity, tenant services, core domains, and frontend decomposition • Own the dual-write framework, API Gateway traffic-splitting, and per-tenant feature-flag rollouts • Lead observability, security, and data architecture initiatives using OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, IAM, Auth0, DynamoDB, and Aurora • Mentor senior individual contributors and establish engineering patterns across five engineering teams • Consolidate and strategize 30+ integrations • Audit the architecture and publish Architecture Decision Records • Drive Bedrock-powered automation into production workflows • Deliver migration waves from design through production cutover with dual-write validation • Establish observability baselines, dashboards, and SLOs • Document architecture runway for subsequent work

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Staff, Principal, or Architect role • Build cloud-native solutions with emphasis on speed to market • Deep hands-on experience, approximately 40–50% coding and 40–50% design, with AWS serverless services including Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and Step Functions • Experience with traditional service architectures including ECS, RDS, and API Gateway • Experience spending 10–20% of time in mentoring, cross-team alignment, and operating mechanisms • Track record of leading monolith-to-services migrations using strangler fig, dual-write validation, traffic-splitting, and canary rollouts • Fluency across PHP, Python, Java, and TypeScript frontends • Experience with event-driven architectures, configuration-driven workflow engines, and DynamoDB single-table design • Strong observability practices and discipline to instrument before migrating • Ability to write unambiguous design documents for senior IC implementation • Preferred: automotive, fintech, or multi-tenant marketplace platform experience • Preferred: data pipelines, NiFi, Glue/Athena, or ETL/data lake tooling • Preferred: Auth0 Organization model, M2M apps, and Actions for JWT enrichment • Preferred: production browser automation with Playwright
