Beschreibung

• Build production agents in Strands/LangGraph on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, including agent logic, tool orchestration, and multi-agent workflows • Deploy agents on AgentCore Runtime with Memory, Identity, and Gateway • Build framework-agnostic Python tools, MCP servers, and AgentCore Gateway targets for safely calling production APIs • Develop offline/online evaluation pipelines and LLM-as-judge CI/CD gates • Implement approval gates and rollback paths for safe failure • Manage per-agent costs and latency through tracking and multi-model routing • Provide production observability using AgentCore session tracing, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch dashboards • Work within established platform architectural patterns and deliver agentic frameworks, AWS serverless core, MCP/tool design, and observability solutions • Ramp on platform architecture, existing agents, integration surfaces, and dealer workflows • Ship a first tool integration to production in the first month • Own end-to-end agent workflows from design through production during months 2–3 • Ship new agents and tools autonomously with observability and cost tracking from month 4 onward

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on production experience building LLM agents in a code-first framework • Hands-on production experience with an LLM agent framework such as Strands Agents, LangGraph, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or comparable frameworks • Business-conscious judgment focused on customer problems and value • Strong Python skills • Ability to read and contribute to Java (Spring Boot) services • Hands-on experience with AWS serverless: Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and Step Functions • Experience with prompt engineering, tool/function-calling design, and evaluating LLM output quality in production • Appetite for a heads-down building role measured by shipped code • Strongly preferred: Strands Agents and/or AgentCore Runtime experience, LLM-as-judge, agent-to-agent orchestration, and agent governance • Strongly preferred: Direct production experience with MCP servers • Strongly preferred: Production observability experience with OpenTelemetry and CloudWatch • Nice to have: Automotive, fintech, or multi-tenant marketplace platform experience • Nice to have: Bedrock Guardrails, LLM-as-judge evaluation, model cost/latency optimization, and multi-agent orchestration patterns • Nice to have: Data pipelines such as Glue/Athena or ETL/data lake tooling
