Beschreibung

• Provide technical support and solve problems in the area of expertise through remote or on-site service across Service categories, including installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, engineering and consulting, advanced services, upgrades, retrofits, and replacements • Provide technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers • Determine effective Service applications, equipment, and methods for developing, marketing, or manufacturing new Service offerings • Manage customer relationships and maintain regular contact with key customers • Identify new sales opportunities and communicate proactively with customers and ABB sales teams to support service growth • Prepare documents and reports for customer representative signatures • Report completed work promptly and follow up when needed • Reduce costs and improve the quality of service and project delivery • Travel throughout the UK, including overnight stays away from home

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree, HNC/D or relevant qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering • 5+ years of experience in Switchgear Commissioning / Testing • Expertise within electrical protection commissioning • Extensive experience of SCADA applications, development and field support • Strong background in Low/Medium-Voltage (LV/11kV/33kV) electrical distribution • Knowledge of MS Office, ABB PCM600 Software, and Omicron Test Universe • Excellent understanding of current H&S legislation • Excellent customer focus and timekeeping skills • Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement • Full valid UK driving licence
