Beschreibung

• Lead customer engagement for ABB’s sub-transmission portfolio, focusing on 72.5–145 kV Dead Tank Circuit Breakers • Drive U.S. sub-transmission market expansion by developing utility, EPC, and OEM opportunities • Shape go-to-market plans and secure product homologation • Act as the primary technical interface for configuration discussions, advanced feature evaluations, and pre-sales solution design • Ensure IEEE/ANSI compliance and represent ABB in industry bodies • Help shape evolving technical specifications • Build strategic ecosystem relationships • Channel customer insights to guide product evolution, digital integration, and sustainable SF6-free technology adoption • Report to the Product Marketing Director and functionally to Global Portfolio Management of Grid Components

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering field required • 10+ years of experience in high voltage equipment, preferably with circuit breakers or other key substation components • Deep understanding of sub-transmission applications and utility processes in the US • Proven experience in technical sales, product management, or business development • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with vacuum interrupter technology and SF6-free solutions/regulation • Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards for high-voltage products • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally may be required
