Beschreibung

• Coordinate commercial activity within in-field teams to increase sales within an assigned geography • Create, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan • Monitor progress toward sales targets • Coordinate in-field activity to achieve agreed-upon targets • Maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive top- and bottom-line results • Ensure smooth collaborative execution of day-to-day and long-term business activities • Set the tone and pace for business processes and organization • Present market and franchise/business perspectives when leading teams • Champion in-field meetings using mastery of product, disease-state, and managed-care information • Coach, mentor, educate, and develop direct and indirect team members • Hold direct reports accountable to behaviors and expectations • Provide direction and insights to internal partners during business planning • Consistently exemplify AbbVie’s Ways of Working

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • Business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas • Proven ability to deliver candid, effective feedback and efficiently manage performance • Ability to develop talent for promotional opportunities • Ability to create a culture of winning and full team engagement • Ability to collaborate and influence without authority across organizations • Models AbbVie's Ways of Working • Must satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into assigned facilities and organizations • Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain required HCIR credentials • May need to complete background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses • Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment
