Beschreibung

• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with field teams to support education for allied healthcare clinicians • Interact with clinicians in targeted accounts and provide clinical in-services and education • Identify educational needs and expand disease-state awareness, symptom management understanding, and appropriate patient identification • Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights • Educate on preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management of oncology products • Deliver 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations using approved materials • Educate patient-care teams about the product infusion process • Document and share clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings • Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate • Enhance clinical training initiatives and internal sales-team competencies • Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions • Potentially educate patients in patient advocacy meeting settings using approved materials • Travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; Nursing or NP preferred • Master's level education preferred • Three or more years of combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience; oncology preferred • Experience in or supporting patients and HCPs in an infusion-center setting preferred • Experience developing or implementing chemotherapy/biologics infusion procedures and protocols for therapy administration and patient-safety monitoring preferred • Excellent communication, objective-setting, influencing, business-acumen, and analytical skills • Experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Awareness of evolving oncology market trends and effects on providers and patients • Experience operating within a cross-functional team • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Ability to drive a personal auto, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screening test and meet safe-driving requirements
