Beschreibung

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services • Identify barriers to therapy and help patients understand and navigate those barriers • Educate patients about prescribed therapy, treatment courses, benefits, known side effects, administration, and dosing • Contact and work with patient insurance payers to determine coverage benefits and anticipated out-of-pocket costs • Identify applicable financial assistance resources based on patient needs • Support patients in managing diagnosis-related stress • Empower patients to participate in their care process • Triage patients to support for non-program needs, including social or other intervention programs • Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with SOPs and good manufacturer practices • Meet training deadlines for corporate policies and procedures • Follow all SOPs consistently • Perform additional assigned tasks or projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Active RN licensure in current state of practice • 2–3 years of nursing experience • Relevant disease state experience preferred • Nurseline triage, call center utilization management, or call center case management experience is a plus • Case management or Clinical Trial Nurse experience is a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred • Must meet all work-from-home criteria for remote work eligibility, subject to business need • Ability to work the required 11:30 AM–8 PM ET shift • Ability to talk or hear regularly • Ability to sit for long periods • Ability to use hands to type, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms • Preferably able to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
