Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts. • Proactively and reactively educate patient care team members using approved resources. • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights. • Educate healthcare clinicians on product preparation, administration, adverse event mitigation, monitoring, and management. • Communicate relevant clinical education topics to diverse audiences. • Educate on disease-state awareness and appropriate patient diagnosis. • Deliver 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations. • Educate patient care teams about the product-associated infusion process. • Document and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening. • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings. • Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate. • Enhance clinical training initiatives and internal sales-team clinical competencies. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence teams. • Potentially educate patients in patient advocacy meeting settings using approved materials.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required; Nursing or NP preferred • Master's level education preferred • Three or more years of combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience; Oncology preferred • Experience in or supporting patients and healthcare professionals in an infusion center setting preferred • Experience developing or implementing chemotherapy/biologics infusion procedures and protocols for therapy administration and patient safety monitoring preferred • Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, and analytical skills • Experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Ability to recognize evolving oncology market trends and their effects on providers and patients • Experience operating within a cross-functional team • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight travel and occasional weekends • Ability to drive a personal auto, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment • Valid driver's license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
