Beschreibung

• Lead delivery workstreams supporting implementation of CCaaS capabilities • Translate client business goals into industry-leading technical designs and solutions • Manage and develop technical resources and oversee engineers assigned to tasks and workstreams • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in CCaaS implementation and enterprise architecture • Prioritize assignments across projects based on capability, complexity, and client needs • Support internal process improvement, methodologies, documentation, and quarterly projects • Maintain knowledge of evolving key-vendor capabilities and share updates with the team • Support technical qualification and presales activities for qualified opportunities • Participate in client requirements discovery meetings with senior Business and IT stakeholders, supervisors, and analysts • Design technical solution architecture covering data integrity and reporting, contact routing, ACD/IVR/IVA, integrations/APIs, and AI concepts • Develop and deliver technical Solutions Overview documentation • Document business and IT requirements and compelling events • Develop detailed design solutions, technology stacks, bill of materials, and architecture diagrams • Identify technical delivery skill sets and level of effort across proposed delivery timelines • Provide insights on vendor capabilities and competitor service offerings • Lead business requirements documentation for Closed-Won CCaaS implementation projects • Develop technology roadmaps for future-phase efforts • Support PMO status reporting and executive readouts • Oversee implementation workstreams and resolve technical risks and issues • Assess scope-change impacts on technology decisions • Own build quality-assurance strategies, follow-up, and defect resolution • Design, build, and maintain reusable code libraries • Support Statements of Work and Pricing Models for Deployment Services

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8-10 years of experience in CCaaS software design, documenting and implementing for enterprise-level clientele • Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science or computer engineering preferred) • Experience conducting code reviews and establishing best practices standards for coding and documentation • Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++ • Expert experience with NICE CXOne and/or Genesys Pure Cloud; other CCaaS platforms and capabilities beneficial • Experience building and managing portfolios of reusable scripting and development templates using current industry-standard best practices • SME-level experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, including designing and implementing complex integrations • Strong background in contact center platforms and technology, with ability to articulate technical differences and business value • Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) • SME-level competency with vision flows (Visio, Lucid, etc.) • Basic understanding of the interplay between CCaaS and UCaaS platforms • Experience designing end-to-end enterprise CCaaS technical architecture, including omni-channel routing, customer analytics, workforce engagement, marketplace bolt-on capabilities, ACD/IVR/IVA design, API approach and external data integrations, and AI/NLP solutions • Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship question included in application
