Beschreibung

• As an Operator Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. • Your primary responsibility will be to sell CORE client's products to both existing and new customers within your assigned territory. • You will collaborate with the team to develop sales plans, set targets, and execute strategies to achieve these targets. • Additionally, you will utilize a CRM system to manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.

🎯 Anforderungen

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. • Basic understanding of payroll and financial services is an asset. • A positive attitude, a self-starter mindset, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
