Beschreibung

• Lead core fundraising products, including donor checkout, fundraising form creation, and fundraising analytics • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across fundraising experiences • Improve donation conversion through rigorous experimentation, funnel analysis, continuous iteration, and outcome measurement • Work with campaigns of all sizes to understand fundraising workflows and translate needs into scalable product solutions • Evolve fundraising analytics from dashboards toward actionable guidance • Partner with engineering, design, data, support, customer success, marketing, legal, and finance teams • Communicate product direction and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences • Independently lead initiatives from discovery through launch or set long-term product strategy and vision, depending on level • Own complex cross-functional initiatives, shape investment priorities, and influence executive decision-making at the Senior Product Manager II level

🎯 Anforderungen

• Direct experience with checkout flows, transaction-heavy products, or e-commerce platforms • Product mindset grounded in discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement • Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering, design, data, and business teams • Senior Product Manager I: 3+ years of product management experience focused on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth • Senior Product Manager I: Experience running A/B tests, interpreting data, and using experimentation to improve products • Senior Product Manager I: Proficiency with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics • Senior Product Manager I: Track record of building customer-facing experiences that drive retention and revenue • Senior Product Manager I: Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to ship products • Senior Product Manager II: 5+ years of product management experience focused on conversion optimization, user engagement, or revenue growth • Senior Product Manager II: Deep expertise leading experimentation programs and making strategic product decisions from data • Senior Product Manager II: Strong analytical skills interpreting complex user behavior and business performance data • Senior Product Manager II: Proven track record owning high-impact products that drive customer and business outcomes • Senior Product Manager II: Experience defining product strategy and influencing organizational priorities • Senior Product Manager II: Experience building AI-powered products or using AI to make products significantly smarter and more useful • Senior Product Manager II: Strong experience with authoring tools, no-code builders, or similar creator products • Senior Product Manager II: Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams delivering complex products at scale • Senior Product Manager II: Experience operating in high-stakes environments where product performance directly impacts business outcomes • Availability during established, regular business hours (Mon–Fri) • Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack • ActBlue is unable to sponsor work visas at this time • Background check required at time of offer, with candidate consent
