Beschreibung

• Lead operations initiatives and collaborate with operational leaders • Provide guidance to regional leaders • Develop key performance metrics and operational KPIs • Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop the operational management team • Support operations strategic planning, strategy execution, and standardized process implementation • Build scalable department structures supporting organizational growth • Identify process improvement opportunities through analysis of client workflows, best practices, and bottlenecks • Partner with finance and RCM teams to evaluate collection capabilities and payer-contract adherence • Work with the Chief Operating Officer on National Account prospecting and referral-generation strategies • Drive profitable growth, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance • Lead cross-organizational collaboration and scalable solution development • Prioritize objectives and implement company initiatives as part of the leadership team • Manage staff directly and indirectly, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, counseling, and performance management • Establish annual departmental goals and objectives • Ensure performance evaluations and organizational retention goals are achieved • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements • Maintain knowledge of HME products and services • Maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA • Promote the organization’s mission, vision, and values • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must reside in the state of Missouri • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in the HME industry (eight years) • Seven years’ experience in relevant healthcare • Relevant experience in healthcare administration, financial, insurance customer services, claims, billing, home health and/or medical terminology training preferred • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence • Strategic vision with ability to execute • Proven leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Proficiency with financial reports, modeling, and performance presentations • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple and competing customer demands • Demonstrated leadership and ability to adapt to complex workflows and priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods • Ability to lift 30 pounds as needed • Ability to travel extensively as needed
