Beschreibung

• Provide advanced support for day-to-day marketing efforts, campaigns, and requests • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and advertisements • Create content that adds value to the organization and builds brand equity • Receive and process promotional orders from operational branch sites • Maintain consistent messaging and enforce branding guidelines across the organization • Support local branches by executing marketing and communication tactics • Develop and distribute internal communications, including monthly email newsletters and announcements • Organize and coordinate marketing and communication projects to ensure timely execution • Maintain company locations through online vendors and ensure accurate contact information on search engines and websites • Provide general marketing support and assist team members as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field strongly preferred • At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience • Advanced expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite • Proficient in Canva, Smartsheet, and Outlook • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills • Advanced verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of grammar and sentence structure • Creative, conversational writing style with ability to infuse personality into messaging • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with multiple organizational levels and build relationships • Ability to influence others with tact and diplomacy • Experience managing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns • Working knowledge of graphic design and content creation • Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
