Beschreibung

• Define what an AI-native marketing partner should become for Bridgeway, Adobe’s agentic marketing partner for small businesses and solopreneurs • Take products from unclear customer problems through discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration • Spend time with customers and turn customer insights into simple products • Decide what should be built, what should not be built, and what needs to be learned first • Design agent-based products that reason, take initiative, coordinate work, learn from feedback, and act on customers’ behalf • Move between strategy, prototyping, customer conversations, data analysis, writing, and delivery • Shape how Bridgeway understands businesses, develops strategies, proposes campaigns, coordinates specialized agents, completes work, and gains permission for greater autonomy • Bring clarity to product reviews, improve team decision-making, and create lightweight systems that increase velocity • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, legal, marketing, and executive teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant experience building and scaling customer-facing software • Track record of taking products from early discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration • Hands-on experience building AI products or ability to quickly understand LLMs, agents, memory systems, evaluations, orchestration, and responsible-deployment trade-offs • Ability to define meaningful success metrics, interpret incomplete data, design experiments, and distinguish real customer value from superficial engagement • Willingness to interview customers, write product copy, build prototypes, inspect product behavior, analyze usage, and work directly with designers and engineers • Ability to operate across customer, product, and execution lenses • Ability to build strong relationships across product, design, engineering, legal, marketing, and executive teams
