Beschreibung

• Own the full product management layer across the Files/Natives, Ontology/Relationship, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane engineering organizations. • Define storage primitives, SLAs, access contracts, and API surfaces for legal documents, images, native files, integrations, and AI workflows. • Shape Relativity's Ontology, including entities, relationships, and contracts that provide a shared vocabulary for legal data. • Own reporting, audit, and internal data infrastructure to make the platform observable, auditable, and explainable. • Evolve the unified materialized document layer for AI application teams, users, customers, and integration partners. • Drive the Query Plane roadmap, including standardized ingestion APIs, hybrid lexical and vector retrieval with reranking, managed chunking, and tiered storage. • Establish the operating rhythm, forum structure, planning cadence, and decision frameworks for a multi-pillar PM organization. • Drive adoption of the Foundational Layer across Relativity product teams and measure internal platform value. • Build PM capability through coaching, hiring, leveling, and product-practice development. • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority through clarity, evidence, and trust. • Make decisions under ambiguity and update direction as engineering teams define platform primitives. • Participate as a technical peer in discussions with engineering leaders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years in product management • 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure product management organizations • Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent • Ability to design an API contract, contribute to engineering scope decisions, and articulate data-consistency-model trade-offs • Demonstrated ability to hire, level, and build a product management team and establish product practice for a new domain • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience • Engineering credibility and ability to participate as a peer in technical discussions with engineering leaders • Experience building at companies where the data platform is the product, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Elastic, MongoDB, Palantir, or similar • Experience building for AI systems, agents, or ML pipelines as primary consumers • Ability to establish organizational cadence for a multi-pillar PM organization • Ability to drive internal adoption of platform services and measure value • Ability to coach and scale a PM organization • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority • Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and update them when required • Legal domain expertise is not required, but understanding of defensibility, chain of custody, and auditability is expected
