Beschreibung

• Actively involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries. • Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for procurement requirements, improve pricing and terms with suppliers • Support the sales team in ensuring that quotes and/or contracts needed are prepared in a timely manner, take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts. • Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance • Preparation of Proposals, Sales Agreements and/ or Contracts when necessary • Participate or lead in new product introductions when required • Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship • Other ad-hoc operational requirement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot Table and V-Lookup) • Experience in SAP and Microsoft dynamics will be an advantage • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast pace environment • A least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. • Full-Time position(s) available.
