Beschreibung

• Achieve a yearly sales quota of 15,000 units • Conduct a minimum of 6 new Master Service Agreement (MSA) presentations per month • Close MSA contracts while managing multiple, simultaneous agreements • Assist with large regional meetings and presentations in collaboration with local representatives • Attend all national conferences, including NAA and NMHC, and other industry events • Refer single-property opportunities to local representatives while focusing on multi-property deals • Represent Affinity Waste Solutions and GreenWay Waste and Recycling in national sales activities and industry events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of proven national sales experience within the multifamily industry • Strong industry connections and a proven track record of closing multi-property deals • Willingness to travel extensively for meetings, presentations, and national events • Ability to manage MSAs and work in coordination with local reps • Must be based near a major airport, preferably in the Midwest; Florida preferred • Ability to pass background and drug screen • Have and maintain a clean driving record • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for regional and national trade shows, industry conferences, and company events • Ability to stand and navigate trade show floors for extended periods, 8+ hours per day during events • Capacity to lift promotional materials weighing up to 35–50 lbs • Ability to perform desk-based computer work, campaign building, and phone calls during non-travel periods • Submit a resume and cover letter highlighting relevant experience in multi-property sales and national account management within the multifamily industry
