Beschreibung

• Own the university recruiting strategy and campus program experience end-to-end • Drive a continuous, year-round early-career talent pipeline across multiple sites • Own the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact through full-time onboarding • Run continuous outreach tied to academic calendars and business needs • Deepen relationships with core university partners • Source talent through university programs, competitions, specialized research labs, open applications, and referrals • Evaluate candidates for long-term full-time career potential across AI, engineering, and business functions • Support hosting managers with project-scoping, check-in, and evaluation templates • Handle onboarding, scheduling, and program logistics across locations • Check in with early-career hires and hiring managers to resolve friction and track retention • Build cross-site culture through demos, social gatherings, and speaker/learning sessions • Facilitate onboarding kickoffs, mid-program check-ins, and company-wide presentations • Help cultivate a hands-on, highly visible environment for early-career talent

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition • Preferably experience within high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics environments • Proven track record developing relationships with university career centers, research labs, student organizations, and academic leadership • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing logistics, events, and candidate tracking across multiple locations • Passion for candidate experience • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage business leaders, campus partners, and students • Current authorization to work in the United States
