Beschreibung

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of bases in a defined area • Coordinate clinical, aviation, and maintenance services to optimize operational, safety, and financial targets • Ensure bases are staffed, in service, operating safely, and delivering positive customer experiences • Communicate with base staff about operations, responsibilities, and performance expectations • Drive KPIs and manage profit contribution, P&L, expenses, and payroll controls • Schedule base staff to ensure full coverage and optimize in-service rates • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Business Development on policies, compliance, and customer satisfaction • Recruit, manage performance, and develop teammates; address employee relations and performance issues • Oversee supply chain, logistics, facility repairs, maintenance events, and lease management • Support customer scorecards and execute action plans • Monitor required business, medical, and other licenses and discipline-specific DOT and Non-DOT compliance • Coordinate base startups, moves, and closures • Directly supervise employees, including hiring, training, work assignment, performance appraisal, and problem resolution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–5 years of related work experience in clinical, aviation, or maintenance with strong leadership background and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred • Strong leadership background • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, critical-thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to manage revenue and budgets • Ability to prepare written reports • Demonstrated leadership • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to be available 24/7 for operational requirements • Ability to travel up to 70% or more depending on business needs • None required for certificates, licenses, and registrations • Subject to regular attendance requirements and applicable employment practices and policies
