Beschreibung

• Support real estate strategy through site selection, feasibility assessments, and portfolio planning. • Evaluate new, expanded, consolidated, or relocated sites. • Partner with leadership to align real estate decisions with business objectives. • Manage lease renewals and amendments. • Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and property managers. • Monitor lease obligations, compliance requirements, and cost-saving opportunities. • Manage construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Oversee permitting, inspections, and project compliance. • Ensure facilities are safe, operational, and occupancy-ready. • Oversee maintenance, repairs, space planning, and workplace improvements. • Support business continuity through effective facility management. • Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, and performance. • Oversee facility and real estate budgets, project schedules, and service delivery. • Lead cross-functional facilities and workplace operations initiatives. • Perform other assigned duties. • Travel to company locations, prospective sites, and construction projects as needed.

🎯 Anforderungen

• A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. • Solid experience with real estate contracts and leases, contract terminology, construction projects and timelines, and multi-site facility operations. • Experience managing budgets and capital projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), web applications, and typing at 40+ wpm. • Strong project management, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills. • Ability to meet deadlines and exercise sound judgment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive compensation and employee information discreetly and professionally. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and build trusted relationships across the organization. • Ability to work under minimal supervision, identify problems, and implement solutions. • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
