Beschreibung

• Coach Account Managers to consultatively sell to Eye Care Practitioners and achieve mutually aligned goals for growth • Hire, develop, coach, and train sales representatives • Hold the team accountable for results through coaching, performance management, and corrective action • Explain the broader organization's mission, vision, and values and their relationship to team members • Develop and implement business plans based on organizational strategy • Drive customer engagement to change Eye Care Practitioner behavior • Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas • Manage call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts • Ensure compliance with regulations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.;) • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English • 5 Years of Relevant Experience • 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership • Ideal candidates will be located in Arizona or Nevada • Must comply with applicable regulations and employment authorization requirements, including E-Verify participation
