Beschreibung

• Turn real-world security expertise into Social Intelligence software that helps teams identify credible threats sooner • Develop deep expertise in customer personas including corporate security, intelligence analysts, executive protection, threat assessment, brand, and communications teams • Continuously interview customers and prospects through discovery conversations, ride-alongs, and feedback sessions • Maintain a current view of product strengths, improvement areas, and future problems to solve 12–24 months ahead • Track industry trends, threat landscape shifts, platform and data-access changes, regulatory developments, and competitors, translating them into roadmap implications • Own the Social Intelligence roadmap and decide what to build, defer, or decline • Balance business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends when sequencing work • Define problem sets and jobs to be done for initiatives • Partner with Engineering and Design on specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones • Break large initiatives into releasable increments • Stay involved through grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch readiness • Use Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to build prototypes and test concepts with customers • Use prototypes to invalidate weak ideas and refine strong ones before Engineering commits • Share AI tooling fluency with the wider product team • Define launch success metrics including adoption, analyst efficiency, signal quality, retention impact, and revenue contribution • Analyze product usage data and customer outcomes, report findings, and inform prioritization • Work with Product Marketing to position capabilities, shape messaging, and enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support • Translate functionality into customer-facing narratives and practical applications • Lead internal training, demos, and Q&A sessions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Operational experience protecting people, businesses, or brands in corporate security, intelligence, threat assessment, executive protection, law enforcement, military, a global security operations center, or a comparable environment • Hands-on experience using social and open-source threat intelligence products as a practitioner • Working knowledge of manual open-source intelligence tradecraft, including source discovery and validation, platform-specific search and Boolean logic, geolocation and imagery verification, persona and account analysis, and corroboration across sources • Product management experience, or demonstrated ownership of a product-adjacent function such as intelligence program design, tooling selection, or internal capability building • Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete or conflicting information • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with ability to hold technical conversations with Engineering and strategic conversations with executives • Comfort with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software • Collaborative, no-ego approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Resourcefulness • Consistent record of delivering quality work on schedule • Existing authorization to work in the U.S. without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bonus: Experience building or scaling an intelligence function • Bonus: Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, or data pipelines • Bonus: Exposure to threat assessment frameworks such as WAVR-21 or RAGE-V • Bonus: Experience with product enablement or go-to-market support
