Beschreibung

• Drive development and innovation of Komodo Health’s core data products • Work with engineers to drive product strategy and execution across the data product suite • Partner with engineering leadership to craft technical strategy based on platform and customer needs • Work with the product principal and commercial teams to document use cases • Create product requirements and design evaluation criteria • Ensure on-time, high-value analysis • Own day-to-day sprint management • Ensure the team operates at high levels of efficiency • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization • Share knowledge throughout the company • Develop fluency in Komodo’s data through a customer lens • Lead discovery into customer use cases and build evidence-based product perspectives • Ship improvements to core data products • Identify, scope, and validate new data product opportunities or significant enhancements • Build a prioritized, evidence-backed backlog • Partner with Data Engineering and commercial-facing teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in a data-focused role at a B2B technology or software company • Prior product management experience is a strong plus • Ability to write and understand SQL • Ability to reason about data models and pipelines • Ability to engage substantively with engineers on technical tradeoffs • Working knowledge of statistical data analysis concepts • Experience with US healthcare data • Understanding of questions life sciences teams bring to healthcare data • Curiosity about how data and systems are built and where they break • Ability to work through ambiguous problems and reframe them • Ability to break conceptual goals into actionable pieces • Ability to define what “done” and “good” mean before work starts • Ability to understand customers deeply and translate that understanding into precise requirements • Fluency with AI tools for exploring datasets, prototyping, drafting and pressure-testing requirements, and challenging reasoning
