Beschreibung

• Manage reconciliation between the Leave Management System and client HRIS applications • Identify cases with potential pay impacts and collaborate with HRIS vendors and client contacts to resolve discrepancies • Oversee the Operational Escalation Log • Document events and conduct root cause and trend analyses with the MLOA Leadership team • Prepare and submit LTD referrals by packaging required documentation for the LTD vendor • Initiate and coordinate Workers’ Compensation processes • Serve as the primary point of contact between Leaves, the Workers’ Compensation vendor, and the client Health Center • Support state leave administration as the primary backup for the State Administrative Coordinator • Assist the Case Management team with claim actions • Provide coverage for the group mailbox as needed • Maintain accuracy and consistency in leave administration, drive issue resolution, reduce risk, and improve processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the leave of absence industry • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience • Advanced Excel skills • Aptitude to learn and apply additional analytical tools • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented thinking • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
