Beschreibung

• Drive lead generation, qualification, and sales of service contracts to new and existing customers • Onboard, train, and mentor new representatives • Build positive relationships with local sales representatives and customers in an assigned geographic area • Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with the current customer base • Develop and implement plans, processes, and strategies to improve customer service, increase service revenue, and grow RMR • Forecast for the team and deliver annual sales targets for service contracts and T&M growth • Maintain technical product knowledge, sales techniques, and market-trend awareness • Identify new ways to promote new business • Collaborate with local and regional branch operations and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement • Develop and use training materials for the sales team • Leverage marketing, sales, business development, and cross-business networking to exceed sales goals • Travel approximately 30% within an assigned geographic area

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or GED • 5+ years’ experience in field-based sales/account management • Valid state driver’s license without restrictions • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals • Strong problem-solving skills • Competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed demanding sales targets • Experience in SAP • Outside sales background • Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience • Actionable contact list of decision-makers • Proficient in MS Office and other common workplace applications • Strong situational and change-management leadership skills • Experience leading salespeople in a highly competitive market
