Beschreibung

• Inspect, test, and report on electrical systems and LEV equipment • Inspect electrical plant and LEV systems in accordance with relevant legislation and standards • Carry out Periodic Inspection & Test and complete EICRs for industrial and commercial installations • Examine LEV plant, including fans, ducting, hoods, and filtration systems • Produce clear, accurate reports and certification • Identify defects and provide practical, safety-driven recommendations • Build customer relationships and provide technical guidance and support • Ensure activities meet Allianz quality, safety, and compliance standards • Manage own schedule and travel regularly to clients’ sites • Deputise for fellow Engineer Surveyors when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Up to date knowledge and understanding of all relevant Compliance and Regulatory rules and procedures relating to the Electrical / LEV discipline • Ability to plan short-, medium-, and long-term work, including meetings, visits, and work allocation • Ability to travel effectively within the local allocated work area • Ability to process documentation and undertake general administration • Practical background in low voltage wiring installation, inspection or maintenance and fault finding • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering • BS7671:2018 (18th Edition), C&G2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent • Awareness of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems and understanding of COSHH Regulations • UK Driver’s License • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload • Strong customer interaction skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Ability to work as a team player and deputise for fellow Engineer Surveyors when required
