Beschreibung

• Contribute to defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio • Assist with establishing strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize customer and enterprise value • Identify assumptions and validate them using product discovery techniques • Work closely with key stakeholders and partners on go-to-market and communications strategies • Author, test, and accept stories • Define and manage metrics to measure success and inform product strategy • Contribute to product strategy for one or more digital products • Use customer feedback, market analysis, and data gathering to recommend product strategy decisions • Help decompose complex problems into manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog • Manage the product backlog and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations • Represent the voice of the customer by engaging with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits • Engage in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and product direction

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Experience with business case analyses • Client relationship management • Customer-centric focus • Customer relationship management (CRM) • Digital products • Insurance • Prioritization • Product backlog management • Product direction • Product management • Product roadmapping • Product strategies • Product vision • Systems thinking • Waterfall model • Successful candidate must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • When working from home, must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
