Beschreibung

• Drive product growth, profitability, and product vision throughout the Product Lifecycle • Research market landscapes, industry trends, client and Consultant needs, competitor offerings, market dynamics, and new technologies • Orchestrate product development, capabilities, features, and enhancements from ideation through on-time release • Drive go-to-market activities, including pricing, packaging, branding, and partnership with Marketing • Lead product launches, coordinating product messaging, sales training, and marketing material creation • Own and communicate short- and midterm product roadmaps and positioning • Conduct market research and synthesize user feedback to inform product strategy and roadmaps • Develop partnerships across Product Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, and Business Development • Conduct voice-of-customer sessions and generate product ideas and detailed requirements with UX when applicable • Recommend and execute product launch process improvements • Drive continuous improvement measured by new product development KPIs, revenue, market adoption, and total cost of ownership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business analysis, including 3 years as a product manager • Experience creating and presenting product roadmaps • 3 years working in agile product development methodology, including user stories, scrum teams, and sprints • 2 years of health care experience • Project management experience, including creating project plans and resource estimates, identifying dependencies, and documenting and communicating decisions and risks • Strategic mindset with a focus on execution • Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking skills • Advanced ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint • Ability to assist with project deliverables and achieve goals in a driven, changing organization • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs • Ability to work independently and in a team structure • Strong collaboration orientation • Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how the business works • Ability to influence others in a matrixed environment • Ability to travel up to 10% • Comfortable with video conferencing • Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job
