Beschreibung

• Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of two or more products in Allstate’s growing product portfolio • Manage strategic product vision, product discovery, and roadmaps to maximize customer and enterprise value • Collaborate with a Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute an integrated marketing plan supporting market awareness and product adoption • Spend significant time with current and potential customers to understand needs and habits and elicit feedback on product concepts and iterations • Engage in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate concepts for backlog investments • Define and manage KPIs to measure success and inform product strategy • Create, drive, and execute holistic product strategy for two or more digital products • Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes supporting innovative solutions • Coach and mentor team members and members of the cross-functional development organization • Partner with internal and external stakeholders and present to field teams and at events as the product expert • Make build, buy, and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs • Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness and develop adjusted courses of action • Weigh alternatives and consider service and business implications of decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10 or more years of experience preferred • Experience in client relationship management • Experience in continuous improvement • Digital product management experience • Digital product strategy experience • Product development strategy experience • Product management experience • Product vision and product strategies experience • Systems thinking • Ability to influence others and build relationships • Candidates offered the position must submit to a background investigation • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
