Beschreibung

• Provide independent construction risk advisory and due diligence services for lenders • Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation • Lead construction loan monitoring and reporting activities • Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate construction progress • Analyze contractor pay applications, subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, change orders, and contingency utilization • Manage relationships and represent Altus as a trusted advisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in construction, development, consulting, or contracting environments • Several years of hands-on experience overseeing, managing, consulting on, or evaluating construction projects • Strong understanding of project delivery, construction practices, project controls, budgets, schedules, and contracts • Ability to confidently interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and documentation • Capability to evaluate project budgets, pay applications, change orders, and supporting documentation to identify risks • Comfortable communicating with lenders, developers, contractors, and project teams • Thrive in a remote environment with autonomy and organization
