Beschreibung

• Develop and execute All In’s research strategy. • This includes All In-commissioned and supported research, collaborations with various institutions, and support for the research and data needs of All In’s partners. • The Director will stay apprised of developments in climate and clean energy to identify research gaps and opportunities, and the role All In and partners can play in filling them. • The Director will also develop an information hub to centralize research and related information for use by All In and its partners. • Promote a culture of learning within All In. • Manage consultants, vendors and their teams, and work collaboratively with partners on co-branded products, engagement, and research program design.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience with a background in academic and/or applied research in climate and clean energy policy. • A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Professional experience working on climate, energy, or policy analysis. • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder research projects. • Familiarity with market and industry data and analyses. • Proven experience navigating complex partnerships, fostering collaboration, building alignment across diverse perspectives, and leading towards action. • Experience working with stakeholders engaged in public policy, advocacy, or the private sector is strongly preferred. • A demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Exceptional ability to analyze information, formulate plans, and adapt tactics as conditions change. • Familiarity with international research reports and forums (UNFCCC, etc.) preferred • A willingness to be flexible in a start-up environment with a small staff.
