Beschreibung

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email and SMS • Nurture prospective students, drive action, and optimize conversion rates • Own student journey communications from prospective inquiries through alumni engagement • Evaluate and report key campaign effectiveness metrics • Monitor lifecycle KPIs for applications, enrollments, and starts • Lead data-informed lifecycle communication optimizations • Ensure consistent communications across platforms and adherence to brand standards • Develop testing strategies for personalized communications, targeted offers, and messages • Support academic and administrative leadership with data-driven insights and forecasts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive key initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and/or communications, preferably within higher education • Proven track record in strategic campaign development, execution, and analysis • Deep understanding of B2B and/or D2C lifecycle communications and customer behavior • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms • Click Dimensions expertise required • Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret educational data • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work remotely with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload internet speeds • Candidates cannot reside in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama • Must support and embrace the College's Impact mission
