Beschreibung

• Execute the annual direct response plan across direct mail, email and online giving including acquisition, renewal, year-end, special appeals and monthly/sustainer giving • Work with campaign creative direction, copy and production schedules; manage print and mail-house vendors selectively rather than through a full-service agency • Manage segmentation, list selection, testing and donor journeys to grow retention, average gift and sustainer conversion • Own program analytics by tracking costs, response, revenue and ROI by channel and campaign, and reporting results to leadership • Administer and optimize the fundraising technology stack; operate Luminate near term and lead the evaluation and migration to HubSpot • Ensure donor data integrity, gift coding accuracy and compliance with USPS nonprofit mailing and fundraising regulations • Partner with development, communications and finance to align messaging, budgets and revenue targets

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in direct response fundraising or direct marketing, preferably in a nonprofit setting • Demonstrated ownership of direct mail and email/online campaigns from strategy through analysis • Hands-on experience with fundraising/CRM and marketing platforms (Luminate and/or HubSpot strongly preferred) • Strong analytical skills and comfort with segmentation, testing and ROI reporting • Excellent project management and vendor-management skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; commitment to American Forests' conservation mission.
