Beschreibung

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for VP and C-level roles across technical and non-technical functions • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders • Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping • Build robust, diverse executive candidate slates through industry networks, passive candidate outreach, and inclusive recruiting channels • Lead high-touch candidate engagement from initial outreach through offer creation, equity structuring, and closing complex executive compensation packages • Track industry trends, competitor moves, and executive talent movements across EdTech, SaaS, and broader technology sectors • Own full-lifecycle search strategy for Director, Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-suite hiring • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Legal and Finance functions across all levels • Partner with the General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer to build and scale Legal and Finance teams • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of dedicated full-lifecycle recruitment experience • Minimum of 3+ years specifically focused on in-house or agency executive search at VP level and above • Demonstrated track record recruiting senior leaders within Education Technology or closely aligned tech-enabled consumer/enterprise industries such as Enterprise SaaS, HealthTech, or HRTech • Proven experience placing senior executives across technical disciplines including Engineering, Product Management, and Data, and non-technical disciplines including Sales, Marketing, People, Operations, and Finance • High-level influence and communication skills with a history of advising C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders • Strong knowledge of complex executive compensation packages, including executive bonuses, equity structures, and retention strategies • Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS or proficiency building custom recruitment dashboards, reporting metrics, and talent analytics • Proven track record designing and executing inclusive hiring strategies • Prior experience combining executive search firm and in-house corporate executive recruiting experience • Background managing executive hires in high-growth, venture-backed, or private equity-owned technology companies through key scaling milestones • Existing, active network of senior VP+ talent across EdTech, digital learning, and high-growth SaaS environments • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Background check required if selected for employment • May be required to provide additional documentation, proof of vaccination, or submit to enhanced background screening • Resumé required for application
