Beschreibung

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for ERP, HRIS, and financial systems • Establish and enforce coding and quality standards for system development and deployment • Oversee regular audits and assessments to ensure the reliability and performance of business systems • Develop and manage project resource estimates, budgets, and associated costs • Drive ongoing enhancements in system performance and implement best practices for project management • Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven solutions to modernize the technology stack

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within an IT organization • Minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite development • Proven experience in large-scale business systems development • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology delivery teams using CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing development, project management, and release management systems (e.g., JIRA, GitHub, Salto) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
