Beschreibung

• Build a consumer product that verifies authenticity of thinking and learning • Develop user-facing product interfaces for learners • Build and maintain a secure communications layer between product components across server-side, browser, and client-side environments • Encrypt sensitive user data to ensure privacy and security • Design storage architecture and database schemas for persistent user state • Develop data access controls and audit logging meeting institutional security and compliance requirements • Own features end-to-end from specification through production, including testing, monitoring, and iteration • Use AI-assisted development tooling to maintain high output without sacrificing code quality • Contribute to and grow shared component libraries and codebase standards • Monitor circumvention tools, best practices, and industry competitors, sharing findings with the team • Make architectural, product, and implementation decisions as requirements evolve

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent experience • Native proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent • Experience shipping full-stack products to real users with accountability for their operation • Strong product instincts and ability to identify and resolve user-experience issues • Ability to move quickly, make sound decisions under ambiguity, and improve existing codebases • Fluency in written and spoken English • Portfolio/GitHub link required as part of the application • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire and maintain authorization throughout employment • PhD in computer science or related field preferred • Understanding of consumer-facing tools, usability requirements, and quality assurance practices • Ability to dissect how tools work, close exploits, and eliminate loopholes • Background in consumer-facing products where user behavior, engagement, and product integrity matter
