Beschreibung

• Work on the team’s software development efforts and interface with other teams to create world-class software solutions • Create and code new approaches to increase quality, efficiency, and resilience in existing and new software applications • Implement cloud-based enterprise software to data centers around the world using pipeline technologies • Determine the best software design and architecture for projects • Support customers in achieving their goals using software services • Serve as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor across engineering organizations • Lead architecture discussions and establish enterprise engineering standards, patterns, and best practices • Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, code reviews, technical design guidance, and knowledge sharing • Drive innovation, modernization, cloud transformation, and AI adoption strategies • Partner with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver business-critical solutions • Champion engineering excellence, operational maturity, resiliency, and continuous improvement • Lead complex technical initiatives from concept through production deployment while balancing business objectives, scalability, security, and maintainability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and Ten (10) years of progressive software engineering experience focused on Java/J2EE enterprise application development, OR High School Diploma/GED and Fourteen (14) years of progressive software engineering experience focused on Java/J2EE enterprise application development • Expert-level experience designing, developing, and supporting large-scale, mission-critical, cloud-native enterprise applications • Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and Event-Driven Systems • Proven experience architecting and delivering high-volume, highly available, distributed systems in public cloud environments, preferably AWS • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks • Experience building and integrating AI-powered enterprise platforms and intelligent automation solutions • Experience with multi-cloud architectures and deployments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Advanced experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred) • Expertise with AWS services including S3, RDS PostgreSQL, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, IAM, and SNS/SQS • Strong experience designing and implementing solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning, scalability, resiliency, and data architecture patterns • Expertise with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch in large-scale distributed environments • Experience designing and supporting highly available, horizontally scalable data platforms leveraging Cassandra and other distributed database technologies • Expertise with asynchronous processing, event streaming, and messaging platforms, including Apache Kafka • Experience implementing modern DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Strong understanding of secure coding, test automation, CI/CD, observability and monitoring, performance optimization, and reliability engineering • Proven experience leading architecture reviews, defining technical roadmaps, and driving engineering excellence across multiple teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for communicating technical concepts to executive, business, product, and engineering audiences • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet applicable government access requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Healthcare industry experience with HL7, FHIR, X12, EMR/EHR integrations, and HIPAA-compliant systems could help succeed • Experience with healthcare interoperability platforms and high-volume transaction processing systems could help succeed • Experience with MinIO, Kafka, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, Zero Trust, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe could help succeed • Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers, lead cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership could help succeed
