Beschreibung

• Set up projects in the accounting system according to client contracts • Review contract terms and maintain project records • Set up billing rates and process change orders • Assist project managers with revenue and cost budgets • Close out completed projects • Review project expenses and prepare contract-compliant invoices • Post invoices and reconcile monthly unbilled or deferred balances • Enter subcontractor invoices and support payment processing • Follow up on submitted and past-due invoices and coordinate collections • Track retainers and their application to projects • Monitor project backlog, WIP balances, inactive projects, accruals, costs, revenue, and revenue recognition • Compile information for internal and external auditors • Attend project reviews and meetings • Support project-related financial activities, management reports, corporate initiatives, and ad hoc tasks • Communicate with project team members and elevate concerns to management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associates Degree or currently pursuing – preferably in Business Administration or Accounting • Minimum of 3-5 years of office experience; professional services a plus • Experience with Cost and Revenue tracking a plus • Highly organized and strong attention to detail • Proficient with MS Office/Excel • Familiarity with one or more accounting operating systems is a plus • Vision or Deltek product experience a plus • Well organized and able to track and report information • Multi-tasker and Self Starter • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
