Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. • Lead onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff. • Orchestrate deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom with implementation engineers. • Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO. • Run kickoff calls and host ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams. • Triage issues in real time and escalate to engineering or leadership as appropriate. • Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using Asana and Microsoft Planner. • Translate integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, and API behaviors into clear language for stakeholders. • Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to improve implementation efficiency.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements without sacrificing quality or responsiveness. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms. • Technical aptitude to work directly with engineers. • Familiarity with enterprise tech stacks including Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems. • Working knowledge of or strong curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation. • Excellent communication across executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups. • Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platform experience is a strong plus. • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Laurel is not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
