Beschreibung

• Own the definition and documentation of internal support processes, including task tracking workflows and CRM system requirements • Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes impact and improve the end-to-end patient journey • Ensure patient-facing touchpoints are clear, consistent, and well-documented across support channels • Partner with Patient Services, Operations, Clinical, and other internal stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product requirements • Drive product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, aligned with patient experience goals • Define and track KPIs measuring support process effectiveness and patient communication improvements • Provide project-based support for developing and maintaining mental health product offerings • Build high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management • Experience with consumer-facing products, preferably in a highly regulated environment such as medical devices or healthcare • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive results while managing multiple priorities under tight timeframes • Experience with CRM, communications platforms, or customer support programs highly preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
