Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end execution of major air product initiatives from planning through global rollout • Translate initiative objectives into epics, features, requirements, and delivery plans • Lead requirements definition and backlog readiness across product, engineering, and operations • Drive execution across integrations involving NDC, GDS, aggregators, and direct airline connections • Produce product documentation, functional specifications, and delivery governance • Coordinate deployment across TripSource, AgentSource, and API channels • Partner with engineering and operations to validate functional accuracy, servicing behavior, and operational readiness • Identify execution risks, integration gaps, and operational dependencies and drive resolution • Support global and regional rollout activities, enablement materials, and release readiness • Contribute to supplier and customer discussions supporting delivery and implementation • Evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong travel and air industry experience • Solid understanding of corporate travel management and business operations • Expert product management ownership in air content and supplier integration • Expertise in complex systems integration, NDC, low-cost carrier models, and multi-channel distribution • Experience leading major cross-domain initiatives with global and regional scope • Proficiency in product strategy, product documentation, and product management governance • Analytical skills to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and engage senior stakeholders • Experience presenting to executives and collaborating with external partners • Proficiency with XML and JSON API implementation • Experience managing and integrating third-party vendors • Fluent in business English with effective oral, written, and presentation communication • Proficiency in M365 tools including AI assistants
