Beschreibung

• Guide end-to-end implementations for CDPs such as Hightouch or Segment and marketing automation systems such as Braze or Iterable, including documentation, planning, and code requirements • Identify technology solutions to business challenges, recommend additional tools, and design MarTech stacks • Provide specifications and requirements to internal technical teams and collaborate with project managers and engineers • Lead implementation projects and communicate project deliverables to clients • Act as a subject matter expert in client sales presentations and standup meetings • Support marketing analytics and reporting • Understand omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging, user states, events, and journey mapping • Lead multi-tool MarTech implementations • Translate technical requirements into code and define data flows from sources to destinations • Support marketing automation migrations and lifecycle program optimization • Improve data accuracy, schemas, personalization, and operational efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience determining cross-platform technical requirements across the MarTech stack • Experience designing and implementing solutions in Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDPs • Experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys in Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar platforms • Experience with analytics, enrichment, and attribution tools • Understanding of omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging • Understanding of marketing attribution and ability to audit platform integrations and attribution data • Proficiency with JSON or SQL/data modeling best practices • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census • Proficiency with scripting languages and lambda functions • Ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences • Superior written, organizational, email etiquette, and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate information into tasks • Self-starter and motivated • Platform experience with Shopify or Magento • Ability to work hours aligned with or overlapping Eastern or Pacific Time
