Beschreibung

• Set strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for Aptible’s secure PaaS for traditional and AI-native applications • Partner with engineering, product design, marketing, and customer-facing teams • Build products customers want and products that strategically grow the business • Own acquisition outcomes measured by new customers, alongside the Retention Product Manager • Drive product signups and new product-led customer conversions • Increase customers using acquisition roadmap features across LLM Gateway and PaaS • Deliver new ARR from acquisition roadmap features • Define the discovery process and align stakeholders around it • Communicate discovery learnings with the broader team • Collaborate with engineering and design to identify and validate product risks • De-risk value, business viability, feasibility, and usability • Define a clear roadmap of product bets • Define product requirements based on discovery outcomes • Empower engineering and design to build products and unblock implementation • Provide marketing and customer success with pricing, ICP, and documentation resources • Define data sources and success metrics with BizOps • Set up dashboards and monitoring • Analyze adoption, engagement, and usage patterns

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager • 3+ years of experience in the PaaS / Developer Tools space as a Product Manager or other relevant role • Experience speaking the language of technical customers • Motivation to steer direction for a small, highly collaborative team • Experience finding customers to interview or using judgment and market research to understand customer needs • High degree of empathy for listening to and understanding customers • Ability to be scrappy and experimental with design, engineering, prototypes, and surveys • Comfort navigating early-stage ambiguity • Experience operating in a fast-evolving landscape • Strategic product positioning, go-to-market, and value-capture experience • Ability to align stakeholders around one vision, strategy, and roadmap • Track record of setting and hitting aggressive goals that move core metrics • Product judgment and intuition • Technical translation skills with technical customers • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Located in the contiguous United States • Must live and work in the Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone • Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence • Must not require Aptible support to maintain work authorization
