Beschreibung

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operations of enterprise applications • Own the enterprise applications roadmap as a product portfolio • Prioritize features, integrations, and technical debt using RICE or value-vs-effort frameworks • Partner with business leaders to translate functional requirements into technology solutions • Conduct structured discovery with stakeholders through interviews, journey mapping, and requirements workshops • Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and integrations across the application ecosystem • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and scalability standards • Develop and execute the organization's data strategy • Oversee enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, reporting, and analytics tools • Drive adoption of self-service BI and analytics across the business • Define and track adoption and value metrics for data and BI initiatives • Establish policies for data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics • Lead modernization initiatives, including data platform consolidation • Align enterprise systems with digital transformation initiatives • Apply product discovery and validation through pilots, MVPs, and phased rollouts • Own Product Management responsibilities for LiveNexus products, including roadmap, requirements, backlog prioritization, and release planning • Build and mentor a team of application administrators, data engineers, and BI specialists • Promote collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors • Manage budgets, contracts, and project portfolios • Act as product owner for cross-functional stakeholders and balance competing business requests through transparent prioritization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in product management or data platform leadership • 4+ years owning a product roadmap at an organizational level • Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs, including requirements definition, prioritization frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW, and release planning • Experience defining and tracking product or platform success metrics, including adoption, quality, and usage • Experience developing and executing a data strategy covering governance, quality, security, and accessibility • Experience with data platforms and BI/analytics tools such as data warehouses, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Experience driving self-service BI adoption across business teams • Familiarity with enterprise CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills • Preferred: formal Product Management or Product Owner experience on a customer-facing SaaS or AI product • Preferred: Product Management certification such as Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, or CSM • Preferred: direct experience with AI-driven products or solutions in an enterprise setting • Preferred: certifications such as TOGAF or DAMA-DMBOK • Preferred: hands-on Salesforce administration or enterprise application operations experience • Preferred: Master's degree or MBA • Preferred: experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or BPO
