Beschreibung

• Provide oversight, innovation, and standards for developing and enhancing Healthcare + Products and product suites • Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one service line, including Chemicals, System Automation/Innovation, FFP, or Mobile Medical Equipment • Support Aramark programs through training, virtually and onsite • Liaise with approved vendors for equipment, supplies, and products • Provide national support for the computerized maintenance management system, including operation, development, upgrades, enhancements, and training • Support onsite services at existing facilities and mobilizations • Support Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff, and Operations teams during new facility management mobilizations • Evaluate operating program standards, measure performance, and recommend operational improvements • Prepare operational and budget trackers with mobilization Project Managers • Partner with Portfolio leaders to ensure account success • Pilot and implement systems and technologies • Publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for each service line • Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in developing, testing, and piloting technology, programs, and systems • Develop, implement, and maintain Facilities resources • Assist with technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities frontline managers and employees • Conduct compliance audits covering client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations • Support new facility sales efforts through business surveys and business-model development • Support facilities programs in retention efforts • Document observations and recommendations through formal reports for client and internal audiences • Exemplify Aramark’s safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices • Maintain a safe working environment and comply with OSHA, EPA, other regulations, operating standards, compliance reporting, and Business Conduct Policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Three to five years of management and technical experience in a Facilities Management-related field • Preference for Healthcare experience • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or equivalent experience • Professional associations preferred with AHE, ASHE, ALM, or ability to secure • Survey knowledge of Joint Commission standards • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Good presentation skills for customers and internal clients • Proficient training skills for technical and classroom sessions • Proficient in report writing and writing policies and procedures • Excellent listening skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently • Excellent computer skills • Management skills • Excellent financial and data analysis and interpretation skills • Expected ability to travel up to 70% • Proximity to a major airport preferred
