Beschreibung

• Act as the liaison between field teams, technology vendors, and corporate IT for the West Region • Support Regional IT and Field Service Directors in maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving issues with Technical Support teams • Collaborate with Account and Support teams to ensure professional handling, timely communication, and resolution of support requests • Follow up with support staff to ensure incidents are resolved, requests are fulfilled, and customer communication is complete • Lead technology mobilizations for new account openings and technology decommissioning for departing accounts • Manage projects assigned by the Field Service Director • Participate in technology deployments and ensure projects remain on task and on time • Communicate project status before potential issues arise • Use IT Service Management policies to meet Collegiate Hospitality Field Service Team objectives • Maintain high-quality assurance and customer service • Train local technical leads on process improvements, deployment standards, and support procedures • Provide off-hours support and deployment work based on outage severity or project needs • Perform additional logically related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Five to seven years of experience with increasing responsibility • In-depth, hands-on expertise with large and complex hospitality and point-of-sale solutions • Strong analysis, organization, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills • Solid proactive decision-making skills • Experience with hospitality customer technologies • Excellent analytical skills • Knowledge of ITIL practices • Knowledge of ServiceNow software • Ability to travel up to 60%
