Beschreibung

• Oversee day-to-day operations at commercial construction sites • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel • Monitor work progress and quality through regular inspections • Ensure adherence to Re-Image brand standards and client satisfaction • Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies • Maintain daily reports, work logs, incident reports, and other project documentation • Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, building officials, and other stakeholders • Resolve construction delays, conflicts, and technical issues • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations • Report to the Chief Operating Officer • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Experience in constructability analysis • High sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast-paced project timelines • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines • Strong leadership and managerial skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software such as Procore • Must have a valid passport • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time • Ability to work in a construction setting with loud noises • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment • Ability to remain standing for extended periods • Ability to lift and carry objects over 35 lbs • Ability to work overnight when required by project needs
