Beschreibung

• Provide excellent customer service • Retain existing accounts and facilities • Make periodic visits to key accounts at least once per quarter • Explore specific customer needs and anticipate new opportunities • Contribute marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews • Prepare and complete action plans • Implement quality and customer-service standards • Resolve problems and complete audits • Identify trends and determine system improvements • Implement changes • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market definition, competitor share, and competitor strengths and weaknesses • Forecast projected business and establish targeted market share • Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value • Coordinate promotional material requirements with the marketing department • Inventory stock, place orders, and verify receipt • Plan meetings and attend trade shows • Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential • Manage territory travel and visit nursing home staff and residents • Educate potential facilities about Aria Care Partners’ mission and services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3-5 Years previous applicable experience • Preferred prior work experience within senior living communities, sales, and life/health insurance • Ability to obtain health and life insurance license • Reliable transportation • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete assignments in a timely and productive manner • Accuracy and thoroughness with attention to detail • Ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events • Dependability and punctuality • Ability to complete the required number of weekly visits efficiently • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to educate potential facilities about Aria Care Partners’ mission and services • Currently possess a life/health insurance license or ability to successfully complete the licensing course and exam • Ability to plan weekly travel throughout the state to visit nursing home staff and residents • Daily travel with potential for 75% overnight stay • Must reside within the territory
